A residence placement is guaranteed to all new, full-time, first-year students admitted into the Faculty of Engineering before July 1, 2008. However, it is necessary to indicate on your OUAC application that you would like more information on residence. Checking this box on the application does not require you to accept a residence offer, but it does guarantee you a spot, should you choose to stay on campus.
