Development and
characterization of high performance functional polymers and foams such
as: active polymers, biopolymers and polymer composites. Research focus on smart materials and
structures, bioactive/ biodegradable materials and scaffolds, micro and
nanocomposites. Dynamics of polymer systems; mechanical and physical
properties of polymers and foams; modeling and simulation of
polymers properties.
