Area of Research
1. Technology management, applications of Information technology in the
Financial Services Industry ("FSI") - Banking, Trust, Stock Brokerage,
Insurance, Mutual funds and similar systems. Special interest on the
electronic banking services and the Internet's role in the FSI's
present and future.
2. Research in productivity, efficiency and
effectiveness in the services industry, emphasis on the knowledge
industries - software, communications, automation, branch networks,
credit card fraud, unmanned multimedia kiosks etc.
3. Entrepreneurship, teaching methods,
performance evaluation, wealth creating innovation, technology transfer
and intellectual property protection.
