Fluid mechanics; flow of non-Newtonian fluids; experimental and theoretical rheology; measurement of fluid elasticity; structure of complex fluids, from molecular to microscopic to macroscopic; friction reduction; flow through fibrous porous media; biomechanics; physiological lubrication; microfluidics.
